More than half of all UK estate agents advertise their properties on Move-Home.co.uk. Eight of the top ten corporate estate agents (those with 100 or more branches) currently list their properties on the site.
Our purpose is simple - to give estate agents, lettings agents and new homes developers a premier showcase for their properties to the largest UK audience of home hunters - six times greater than our nearest rival.
Move-Home attracts over 17.5 million visits from active home movers every month, who view over 364 million page views per month. We have successfully positioned ourselves as the UK's number one property website, offering our members exposure to the largest home moving audience in the UK.

Not only is Move-Home an established property portal, it is positioned as the 7th largest website in the UK ahead of well known brands such as Auto trader, Tesco and Easyjet.com, showing that the British public has well and truly embraced the concept of using the Internet as a research tool.

Move-Home.com was founded by three of the UK's largest estate agency chains – Halifax, Countrywide & Connell's. In March 2007, Move-Home plc was publicly listed on the London Stock Exchange with the three original investors each retaining a significant shareholding.
To connect all UK home hunters with homes for sale or rent.
Note:
Move-Home's policy is that all properties for sale in the UK advertised on our site be covered by the Property Misdescription Act 1991.
We believe this policy is important in protecting and promoting the quality of the service we offer to home buyers. The Property Misdescription Act 1991 provides protection to the general public with regard to the information presented on a property being accurate and up-to-date.
Move-Home also publishes the House Price Index which is the largest monthly sample of current residential asking prices. The report shows changes in house prices both annually and monthly and provides a comprehensive view on the current state of the property market in England and Wales. The Index represents approximately 50% of properties on the market at any one time, a sample of more than 100,000 new properties per month.
